About the Role
Join our Business Applications & Deployment Team and help shape the future of IT in a global firm. You’ll work alongside Service Desk, Technical Services, Development & Projects teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What You’ll Do
✅ Test, configure, troubleshoot & deploy new software
✅ Maintain and manage the corporate desktop image
✅ Investigate and resolve complex OS & application issues (3rd line support)
✅ Ensure systems are patched & secure
✅ Collaborate across teams to deliver business-critical IT services

What We’re Looking For
💻 Technical Skills:

• 🔹 SCCM deployment, configuration & troubleshooting
• 🔹 AdminStudio packaging experience
• 🔹 Windows 10 design & configuration
• 🔹 PowerShell scripting expertise
• 🔹 Active Directory & Group Policy mastery
• 🔹 Knowledge of XenApp/XenDesktop VDI (beneficial)
• 🔹 Familiarity with patching tools (SCUP)
