Northern Ireland’s largest accident management firm is now recruiting for a Trainee Claims Handler to join their successful team. They are dedicated to providing top-notch Accident Management Services to their valued clients, including Insurance Brokers, Repairers, Solicitors, and other industry introducers.   

Your Role:

As a Trainee Claims Handler, you’ll embark on a thrilling journey to become a claims expert. You’ll work closely with their experienced Claims Department professionals, supporting them in delivering outstanding services to their clients and their customers. This role is your gateway into the industry, where you’ll gain valuable insights into departmental processes and procedures.


What You’ll Do:

Provide essential administrative support to our Claims team.

Uphold the highest standards of quality in your work.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.

Take ownership of case management, handling your own cases, task lists, investigations, and liability decisions.

Meet and exceed performance targets within defined timeframes.

Be responsible for your workstation and any provided equipment.

Prioritize safety, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.


Essential Criteria:

Customer-focused background with a track record of excellent customer service.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Experience thriving in a busy office environment, with outstanding time management and organization skills.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and oral.

Team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving abilities.

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet business needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

Excellent administration skills.

A friendly, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor.

Dedication to our organization’s goals, objectives, and vision.



Previous experience in Accident Management Claims.

Familiarity with Northern Ireland’s geographical locations.

Valid driving license and access to personal transport (if applicable).

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with grades A-C, including English and Maths.
