Working Capital Manager

The Working Capital Manager will lead a large Billing and Collections function across Europe, and we are looking for an experienced transactional Finance Manager for the role.

A key element of this role will be driving the transformation and restructuring of an existing finance function and the successful candidate will have experience in and a positive attitude towards change and process improvements.

We are ideally looking for someone with:

• A revenue background, preferably experience in managing a Working Capital, Billing or Credit Control team.
• 3+ years in a finance management position, must have experience in managing a medium-large size team.
• Ability to lead with a people-centric and quality driven approach.
