Powered By Talent: Retention
Powered By Talent is Northern Ireland’s only conference series dedicated to a business’s most important asset, its people. In advance of the main conference on May 22nd 2019, we are proud to present three supporting seminars on ‘Talent Attraction’, ‘Talent Retention’ and ‘Talent Development’.
The second of the three half-day seminars ‘Retention’ takes place at 1st Floor, Ten Square Hotel, Belfast city centre on Thursday, February 14th 2019 from 8:00 am.
Talented people are the centre of every successful business, it is impossible to survive, never-mind grow your business without retaining these key assets. At present, a huge demand exists in the Northern Ireland marketplace for such individuals, ensuring you adopt best practice in staff retention is therefore absolutely critical.
We are grateful to our high-profile, expert speakers for their support. They will provide a comprehensive overview of all the major aspects to be considered when striving for the best staff retention levels. Delivered through three 30-minute talks and a Q&A session, this seminar will provide the advice, evidence and guidance you have been looking for to make talent retention more successful.
Who should attend?
