Team Building at Abacus

Highly effective teams don’t just come together without significant effort. Truly great teams plan, train, learn and reassess constantly – we like to think we follow this model here at Abacus.

What is often not stated, is that really effective teams need to enjoy working with each other. In today’s hybrid world, it can be difficult to have everyone together in one place. However, it has never been more important to make the effort and spend the time getting to know each other. Taking a day out from our normal working week was a big, but very necessary investment for our group.

In the end, our mission was achieved, we all had quality time together as a group. We got to really know each other, our lives outside work, our passions, our plans, our sense of humour, even our favourite foods, drinks, movies, songs and more.
