We have a global client who has a lot of exciting plans for the future and as a result of this, they are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their team!

You will be working with a dynamic team; investigating and reviewing business processes and information flows, understanding the business processes to challenge the support functions, all the while building strong relationships with your team to ensure objectives are met. Another part of your role will be to conduct user interviews, facilitate workshops, and draw up process flows.

If you have a strong IT background (related degree or 5 years experience) and experience in process improvement, change management, business systems analysis, (AS-IS or TO-BE process mapping or engineering) and experience working as part of a team on large application upgrades or implementations then this is the role for you!

If you come from a manufacturing or quality background-this will also be a huge plus, but having experience in multiple industries is also very beneficial for your success in this role.
