Walk and Talk – make sure everyone is happy and positive in work and life and coached on day to day activities.
Trips away – in 2022 alone, we visited Lusty Beg for an overnight trip filled with water and land-based activities. Then Carlingford (pure food and drink!) and next is a weekend in Brussels for our Xmas dinner.
Spot prizes – it feels like we are celebrating on a weekly basis, a new team member, best individual performance, new client contract, team performance, exceptional outcomes etc.

Our core focus each day is to help individual job seekers access permanent and interim roles across multiple professional sectors. This includes executive/leadership roles above £200,000 right through to graduates starting careers at £20,000.
We need to be equipped to deliver an exceptional service and be agile to an ever-changing world of recruitment. Everyone in the team completes a training needs analysis (TNA) during induction and onboarding. This is tailored to reflect your level of experience and background. You will access an extensive training programme (lasting months) to help you manage all key recruitment aspects – managing jobs, companies, candidates and sales targets. We always commit to external speakers and experts to educate the team and attend events, programmes, courses and qualifications to improve your academic and technical capability.
