Global Law firm are looking for a Digital Projects Specialist to ensure the management and delivery of specific digital projects. The Digital & Marketing Technology team implements and manages the firm’s integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing communications channels.

The digital channels include public and client websites, email marketing, mobile apps, content libraries, social media and blogs.

The team is also responsible for the technologies that support core BD and marketing processes. These two broad areas of digital and marketing technology activity support each other and overlap, helping to provide a 360° view of our interactions with a client.

Key requirements:

  • Advanced experience of Sitecore and SharePoint 2010 is essential, an understanding of other CMS advantageous.
  • HTML and CSS skills are also essential.
  • A background of managing digital assets and web technologies such as websites and apps.
  • Advanced experience of web analytics packages (e.g. SiteImprove, Google Analytics) and proven experience in using data for future campaign improvement.
  • Strong experience of project management, project frameworks and managing a range of projects simultaneously.
  • Strong editorial and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to develop good working relationships across the breadth of the function and effectively share knowledge between individuals and teams to contribute to overall effectiveness.
  • High level of personal credibility, impact and influence with proven ability to work effectively and persuasively at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and often conflicting priorities.
  • An ability to isolate issues and delegate to colleagues if required.
  • Experience of managing external suppliers/agencies.
  • Enthusiastic, responsive, proactive and innovative.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact with all levels and across cultures.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Very high attention to detail.
