Junior Corporate solicitor

The role

As part of the corporate team, you will provide support in; corporate and securities, M&A, tech and commercial, banking and finance and competition and trade to name but a few.  With the firm being a global entity you will work as part of project teams with other corporate support solicitors from around the globe. You will also develop strong working relationships with partners and solicitors in all departments in a variety of jurisdictions.

The Candidate

• Demonstrable experience of corporate workflows
• Ability to review, analyse and organise documentary and factual evidence
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and online research tools
• Excellent writing and organisation skills – used to balancing work priorities and managing deadlines
• Good decision-making and communication skills
• Able to work well in both a team and individually, with others of various experience levels
