Abacus Careers are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor that offers a range of corporate and commercial expertise to join this impressive legal brand within Northern Ireland.

Although currently working remotely, this firm boasts modern office space, high end hardware and promotes a culture of continued development.  Based in the City Centre, this firm is often regarded as one of the premier law firms for Blue-Chip clients across the UK (and further afield).

What about the Job?

Forming part of the wider Corporate transactions team, you will ideally offer at least 5 yrs PQE, that said, don’t be put off getting in touch if you are more/less experienced – they can be flexible.

Your experience should include dealing with a range of commercial contracts to include technology contracts, privacy and cyber security agreements.  Experience of some corporate transactions to include M&A would also be an extremely interesting skill set to offer the client.
