Abacus is very keen to attract a top tier Recruitment Manager for a global company based in Belfast. The role is based in Belfast, and it will suit an experienced recruitment professional who has overseen a recruitment function previously and can deal with big picture strategic workforce planning.

• You will oversee a team who will be responsible for transactional recruitment.
• You will join a highly respected professional service brand and be actively identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders to acquire talent for permanent and interim appointments across multiple levels of seniority.
• You will also work closely with internal executive team to map out succession plans and implement effective strategies to hire in a highly competitive market.
• You will also work closely with marketing support to maximise and share the employer brand and hiring campaigns, both online and offline to attract passive and active candidates.
• You will also utilise software to oversee pipeline projects to ensure all tactics are implemented effectively.
