THE TEAM:

This firm is now keen to attract applications from experienced solicitors across a number of practice areas wishing to join a successful and growing team.  One of the priority hires is the addition of an Employment Partner.

THE ROLE:

For the right candidate, this role offers an opportunity to join a growing office.  The Partner group have great investment plans for the year ahead which will mean exciting times for the wider team.

You will be someone who has a true passion for this area of law who wants to continue to build a career whilst having the opportunity to make your mark in growing a team.  The successful candidate will be encouraged to build up client relationships and will be given the support needed to develop the practice area in NI and further afield. 

The right candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Currently operating at Director or Partner level.
• Previous experience of developing business and growing a department
• Demonstrate the ability and contacts to be able to generate clients and in turn, create a profitable practice.
• Ideally be dual qualified (NI & E&W)
• Strong communication skills and demonstrable ability to forge strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders; this should also include staff supervision and management.
