FINANCE DATA ANALYST

We are seeking someone with skills in data analysis and reporting to join the Accounts Receivable function of a global award-winning firm. Competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate plus annual bonus and company benefits package!

The AR team is hard-working and fast paced, which is why their processes need to be as efficient as possible. Contributing to an on-going projects aimed at improving processes and systems within this finance function, you will be ensuring that the team are able to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. What’s involved?

• Manage client relationships and build a professional working relationship with all stakeholders (including internal teams in various offices globally)
• Large scale data cleansing projects
• Identify and remedy static data issues
• Meet key targets as agreed with management
• Maintain accurate task records
• Successfully meet audit requirements & deadlines
• Ensure new business integrated into AR and ensure development needs are met
• Work alongside the IT team to recommend and implement new processes
• Project design and implementation, driving change and transformation of AR processes
• Participate with platform migration
• Assist AR team with ad hoc tasks when required

This position is being offered for specific purpose on a 12-month contract. Junior support role also available (Apply here!)

What the successful candidate will need?

• Strong data and analytical skills are essential. Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience of answering client queries interacting with stakeholders
• Experience of reporting in a KPI driven environment.
• Experience of processing in a controls environment and evidence of controls process improvement.
• Skilled in ERP applications such as Oracle or similar
• Experience in Finance or Operations (Experience in AR would be advantageous)
• Knowledge of Accounting/Finance principles (desirable)
• Project management / delivery experience (desirable)
