On behalf of a very successful Northern Ireland based employer, Abacus Legal team is currently recruiting for an In-House Lawyer to join the legal function of this Top 100 company.

Boasting a international reach and forming part of a wider group of business entities, this role will offer exposure to a range high value and varied commercial contracts as well as contracts associated with the construction and building sector.  As such, you will ideally have a solid understanding of drafting, reviewing and advising on these.

What do you need to offer….?

This role would suit someone who offers experience of either working within an In-House environment or has gained a thorough level of experience working within a large commercial law firm – knowledge of a range of other areas of law (e.g. Property, Employment etc.) would also be an advantage.

In a nutshell, you will be a point person for most of the legal matters within the organisation and will communicate regularly with the Head of Legal and Board of Directors within the business.  Safeguarding the best interests of the company on all aspects of commercial contracts and corporate services issues is the main priority.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 1-4 years PQE, however all levels will be considered.
