The Role:

• Providing support to the Commercial Asset Finance sales team and brokers to ensure all new business applications and payments are efficiently and effectively processed
• Proposal processing, to include checks on customers and supplier due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML) Experian / ICB credit searches
• Supporting operations team in preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers
• Ability to load and administer all types of finance agreements on CRM & ALFA finance systems
• Addressing customer queries in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction

The Person:

Essential

• Computer literate including word, excel and data input
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to plan and organise
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Ability to operate effectively in a team

Desirable

• Previous experience with Asset Finance
• Understanding of asset finance products
• Knowledge of SME regulation
• Previous experience with Asset Finance
