Commercial Litigation Partner

Our legal client is a UK-wide law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering excellent legal advice and services to their range of clients. Within their Belfast office, we are currently seeking an experienced commercial litigation partner to join their existing team and develop this practice area. It is likely that you will be currently working at Partner level (or seeking the next ‘step up’), looking for your next challenge.

What is it likely to involve?

You will take charge of a variety of commercial litigation matters, such as disputes related to, but not limited to, contracts, IP, commercial disputes and regulatory matters. You will be the lead person in this area and will be able to develop, bring or identify business swftly – you will, in turn, be rewarded well.  You will also be invovled in developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the practice, such as identifying new business opportunities, creating plans, and building relationships with potential clients.
Finally, as the team grows, you will help to mentor and train junior lawyers in the team, guiding them in developing their skills and expertise.
