Construction Solicitor – 4+ yrs PQE

On behalf of a Global law firm, Abacus are currently recruiting for a solicitor to join their busy Construction team.

You will be a qualified Solicitor, ideally in E&W and offer at least 4 years’ PQE gained within a busy and well-regarded Construction law.

Your experience will ideally have been gained within a large firm or niche practice and you will be familiar with all aspects of construction. This role is mostly non-contentious. Strong experience of contract drafting and negotiation of related documents and contracts to include JCT, FIDIC, NEC, Bonds/Guarantees and Warranties. You will manage your own case load along with supervising and assisting the wider team.

You may be working for a busy NI based law firm or you may be considering a move back ‘home’ to Northern Ireland. Given the variety of the workload on offer, this team can accommodate those with E&W and/OR ROI experience too.
