The Role – Corporate Solicitor (c. 5yrs PQE)

On behalf of a growing and highly regarded law firm, Abacus Careers is currently recruiting for a confident Corporate Solicitor that is ready for a new challenge.

Following a recent meeting with this impressive law firm, it was clear that the quality and calibre of work was extremely high.  The working culture and environment is collaborative whilst the Partners encouraged autonomy.  You will be able to take ownership of your client base and be able to enhance your career with the continued success of the firm.

Your experience will be gained within Corporate law and you will at completely at ease when handling a range of Corporate transactions.  The firm handles legal matters on behalf a wide variety of clients to include international clients, legal tech start-ups, cross-border clients and a number of top 100 companies.

Although they can be flexible with levels of experience, it is suggested that you will offer c. 5yrs experience (although all levels will be reviewed/considered) gained within a busy corporate team.
