A great opportunity exists for an aspiring and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor (suggested level of PQE is NQ-2yrs) to join an expanding team within one Northern Ireland’s leading employment advisory organisations.

Joining an impressive and award-winning team (recently achieved Team of the Year in National awards ceremony)and a team of well-respected professionals, you will have responsibility for handling a range of initial employment law related enquiries, claims assessment and ultimately advising on a case load of contentious work on behalf of claimants, this will also include representing clients at tribunal.

This isnt your typical Employment Solicitor role though – you will be joining an organisation that is committed to making a difference….a real sense of purpose.

You will form part of a wider team that is helping to shape legal policy work for progressive change, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with the creation and communication of public information briefings and working closely with policy makers and local government.

The organisation can consider applications from either qualified solicitors or barristers eligible to practice in NI that can demonstrate they have exposure and an interest in employment law to include tribunal work.
