Commercial Contracts Lawyer, Global Employer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to join the team of this Global legal employer.  Be prepared to handle some of the highest quality of work within the NI legal market and be part of a supportive team of colleagues and management. 

Based in their Northern Ireland office, this role will offer client facing legal work without the added expectations of business generation, billable hours and fees targets.  That said, career progression is something that is still very much on the table.

In terms of suitability, you will be a qualified solicitor (either E&W or NI ideally) and have experience of drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts to primarily include IT, software licensing, SAAS and technology contracts. 

Candidates with all levels of experience will be reviewed, however the suggested level of PQE is c. 5yr.
