Partner Level-Employment

A relatively unique role presents itself for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly impressive, legal practice in Northern Ireland.

You must offer experience of working on a range of contentious and non-contentious work on behalf of large commercial clients within a large firm or niche/boutique employment practice. Experience of handling NI, ROI and E&W based work a strong advantage (although not essential).

Although you will be joining an existing department you will be able to demonstrate a strong contact sphere, potential client following or least the ability to generate business rapidly. You may be already operating at Partner level, you may feel ready to make the move up or you may in fact be running your own practice and would entertain the discussion of a possible merger

In keeping with the Firms culture you will demonstrate the ability to instigate and foster excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to include company directors, head of departments and external counsel and be comfortable when it comes to networking and business development.
