Real Estate Solicitor, 2 yrs + PQE

On behalf of one of our legal clients, a UK-wide, full service law firm, Abacus are currently recruiting for a Real Estate Solicitor to join this impressive team.

The firm (who’s trophy cabinet boasts many UK wide awards) are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor, ideally with at least 2 yrs PQE to assist with their continued growth plans for the NI office.

This role will involve providing advice on a full range of commercial real estate work in Northern Ireland (and E&W) to include lettings, acquisitions and disposals, dealing with property developers and providing advice to a range of private and public-sector clients. The firm also handles a range of UK wide work therefore experience of E&W property matters would also be an advantage.

The team is currently handling a significant volume of transactional work and, although all levels will be considered, at least a couple of years relevant work experience would be required. You will naturally be handling your own workload, you will also gain exposure to the highest quality of work and will assist more senior team members on larger, more complex transactions.
