What’s on offer?:

Entering the team at Snr Associate level, you will sit directly below the current partner, who will support you on your route to partnership. As you will be helping with the supervision of work for more junior solicitors, in addition to strong legal skills, you will also be a ‘people person’ and help to get the best out of a team.

The Person:

As the successful candidate, you will offer at least 5 yrs PQE which will include experience gained within a busy Commercial Property team of a reputable firm. You can expect to deal with a range of ‘big-ticket’ work on behalf of a range of clients to include commercial developers, social housing clients, retailers and various banking clients for Landlord and Tennant matters, real estate finance, acquisition, asset management, disposal and other transactional work.

You will have strong technical knowledge and in addition, you should also be able to demonstrate experience (and an enthusiasm) for business development / networking.

If you were to offer experience in Planning & Environmental work too, that would be the cherry on top!
