Relationship Support Manager – Corporate Banking

Key Duties

• Supporting Banker(s) to proactively develop and maintain new and existing client relationships, assisting in the delivery of good outcomes for our clients and our business
• Improving and maintaining strong Client Satisfaction scores by providing exceptional service
• Developing a working knowledge of key Corporate Banking products applicable to your segment
• Supporting client meeting preparation and attend meetings with Banker(s) where appropriate
• Ensuring servicing activity is directed towards the appropriate contact point and educating clients to use the correct servicing channels, championing digital self-serve solutions
• Taking ownership in the handling of client complaints and ensuring conformance with regulatory complaints policy
• Initiating and managing the onboarding of new client relationships

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related discipline, or recognised professional or equivalent qualification, or qualified by experience.
• Experience working in a Corporate/Business banking or corporate finance environment writing and support with credit papers
• Experience delivering results through building relationships
• Experience in a client service and communication focused role
• Solid planning and organisation skills
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking, credit risk or AML risk
