Role:

• Responsible for the effective delivery of allocated client lifecycle processes, ensuring that activities are executed to defined service levels and on a timely basis, meeting the requirements of the business 
• Complete onboarding cases for low, medium and high risk clients across the business, undertaking and thoroughly completing all necessary KYC/AML and due diligence checks
• Monitoring of negative media alerts and where appropriate, investigation and escalation to compliance
• Utilise screening tools to complete efficient client screening related to BAU cases
• Responsible for assisting with group mailbox management, responding to queries and the allocation of e-mails within the team
• Build key relationships across the business
• Escalate high risk cases when needed.

Requirements:

• Educated to 3^rd level degree
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
• A broad base of recent relevant experience
• Experience of effectively working within a KYC/AML team
