Workflow Automation Specialist

I am currently working with a global professional services client who are looking to bring on a Workflow Automation Specialist. This role will support the design, development, deployment and ongoing operation of the core technology stack, with specific focus on the creation of complex automated workflows using the Autologyx application.

As well as a large focus on project management skills, knowledge of process mapping and modelling approaches and the ability to engage with clients and front-line teams.

The role requires a good knowledge of automated workflow applications and a broad understanding of the legal technology landscape.

Essential Criteria:

• Comfortable designing and describing workflows, and using diagramming tools like Visio or Lucid Charts to visually represent solutions (process flows for example).
• Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams spanning technology and front-line operations.
• Capable of articulating technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
• Experience, delivering technical solutions to tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail, but can also step back from the detail and see problems, opportunities and trends.
• Strong creative and analytical ability, coupled with sound judgement to balance multiple factors and solve complex problems.
