What would your role entail?

• Customer Management– manage customer database and queries and support team on payment options
• Debt Management– prevention of bad debt, recovering bad debt, escalation of failing accounts and proactive cash collections on a timely basis
• Team Management– Developing your team, providing great customer service, improving procedures and processes and ensure competency and efficient of staff roles
• Credit Risk– Approve accounts and credit/debit journals, review customer credit limits, monitor and release new orders and ad-hoc credit limit approvals.
• Data Analysis and Monthly Reporting-arrange credit performance reports, handle customer database changes, check invoices/statements are administered, assign credit balances and set debt collection forecasts, update cash collections against targets and credit all rebate reductions.

If you have 2 years’ experience in a credit control role, developing, motivating, and progressing a team, whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment, then you could be who they are looking for.
