In-House Solicitor (Construction)

Our client is seeking a Commercial Contracts and Construction Lawyer to join their expanding legal team based in Dublin. In this newly created role, you will report to the Head of Legal and work on a range of interesting and challenging projects across Europe.

Responsibilities will include drafting commercial and engineering contracts, engaging in contract negotiation, advising on infrastructure projects, researching and advising on planning and environmental laws, and managing various internal and external deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have up to 2-5 years’ experience (other PQE levels will be considered) as a qualified solicitor, with training or experience in a corporate commercial department or a construction department (with elements of non-contentious practice). You will be a self-starter, intellectually curious and adaptable, with strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.

This is a newly created role with real capacity for growth and career advancement. You will work alongside senior stakeholders and decision makers within the organization in a collegiate and friendly environment.
