Feeling Good Together: Our ‘Healthy January’ Recap

Feeling Good Together: Our ‘Healthy January’ Recap

06 February 2024 by Justin Rush

At Abacus Careers, we kicked off the year with a boost of energy through our ‘Healthy January’ initiative. This time around, we focused on starting new habits and doing more of what we enjoy, like reading, going to the gym, improving sleep, and even trying our hand at cooking.

Every Wednesday morning became a highlight as each team took turns making delicious and healthy breakfasts, like omelettes, smoothies, pancakes, and breakfast baps. We also had a very enjoyable stretching and movement class by James Kirwan, making our mornings refreshing and clearing our minds for the day.

We also had our ‘Walk & Talk”, where team members caught up over lunch or coffee, getting fresh air and checking in with each other. It was a simple way to connect and take a break from our usual routine.

January kicked off our year on the right foot by focusing on our health and well-being and we’re excited to keep up these healthy habits as we move forward into the rest of the year.

Stay tuned for our next adventure!
