Who we are looking for?
• Raising invoices and maintaining ledgers.
• Complete Customer statement run at month end.
• Complete Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Maintain an organised filing system.
• Complete month end procedures and reports.
• Support other members of staff during busy and holiday periods.
Who you are:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Finance administration role.
• Previous experience using an ERP system.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
