Accounts Payable Manager – US Hours

Role purpose

This role will be responsible for direct reports leading a collective team of approximately 8-10 people delivering an accounts payable and expense service. This will include:

• Embedding all AP processes for the US offices
• Building strong relationships with, and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders
• Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of all invoices & expenses
• Managing all payment runs along with the timely resolution of all queries
• Managing change in a fast-paced, transactional environment
• Managing difficult conversations, both within the team and with customers.

   

Key requirements

• Experience of managing an AP function
• Experience of managing KPIs and other performance metrics
• Can effectively deliver change to different stakeholder groups
• Experience of analysing problems and proposing solutions
• Ability to resolve conflict efficiently
• Demonstrate experience in strategic management
