Credit Controller

Are you an experienced in Credit Control?

We are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join an established finance team with one of our clients in the Newry area. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and can approach challenges with a problem solving attitude then you will excel in this role.

Duties of the role:

• Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment
• Handling customer queries and resolving disputes
• Escalating delinquent accounts to senior management as necessary
• Reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of data
• Preparing regular reporting
• Conducting credit risk assessments for new and existing customers
• Setting credit limits for new and existing customers
• Coordinating with sales and other departments to resolve any credit-related issues
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Experience in accounts receivable, sales ledger, credit control or finance environment is essential. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday.
