Abacus Careers is currently working on behalf of a Chambers Listed firm who is seeking to recruit an impressive Solicitor to join their impressive Commercial team.

Recognised as one of the leading and ‘go-to’ law firms in Northern Ireland for commercial and technology work, this well-regarded firm is seeking to hire a recently qualified solicitor to join their Contracts and Tech team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent academic and law firm credentials
• Ideally at least 1 year PQE – although the firm can be flexible.
• Ideally some experience in handling a range of commercial contracts to include drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex contracts such as licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, e-commerce agreements, mobile content licensing agreements and/or mobile and gaming devices licensing agreements.
• An interest in this area of Law
• A high level of professionalism and strong commercial and business accumen
