With over 50 years of experience in the construction industry, they are a leading business that provides support services to a range of traditional sectors. With offices across the UK, Ireland, and internationally, they employ over 650 people.

As an In-House Solicitor, you’ll be responsible for conducting corporate work, managing company secretarial duties, and supporting GDPR and other compliance-related matters. You’ll also review and report on commercial contracts, assist in the organization of compliance documents and training events, and support with team diary management and general administrative functions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to be innovative within the role and live through the company’s core culture and values.

We’re looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience as a Solicitor or a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. You should be IT literate, well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of dealing with a fast-paced demanding commercial environment. You should also have good attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in regulatory matters and in a commercial environment, such as a business environment, would be useful but not necessary.
