Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join one of the fastest growing FMCG businesses in Northern Ireland. This is a great time to join this high-growth and fast paced industry. We have contracts available on a full-time working basis, from six months to 18 months.

The responsibility of the Payroll Administrator is to process and finalise payroll and pension information along with other payroll admin duties, the main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Process and finalise payroll for on weekly & monthly basis
• Process pension information and deductions
• Update required changes and amendments and secure sign off on agreed documentation
• Update employee information and prepare new employee files
• Update all new starter, leaver and employee change information to ensure such is accurate
• Work with payroll vendor to ensure smooth delivery of payroll to employees

Other Information:

• Immediate start dates available.
• Salary or Hourly Pay is negotiable on experience.
• Full time, Monday to Friday.
• Hybrid Working
• Completion Bonus offered.
