Our client is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor in Belfast specialising in motor injury claims. Responsible for managing cases, providing legal counsel, and advocating for clients affected by motor accidents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage motor injury claims from start to finish.
• Investigate cases, assess liability, and gather evidence.
• Advise clients on their rights and options.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court.
• Maintain accurate case records and collaborate with team members.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with practicing certificate in Northern Ireland. Open on PQE levels
• Proven experience in motor injury claims.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury litigation.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ethical standards and commitment to quality service.
• Proficiency in legal software.
