Finance Analyst

The Role

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for managing the overall health of the client relationship from a finance perspective.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of creating and distributing budget and accruals data.
• Efficiently submit accruals and budgets to clients.
• Monitor approvals of budgets in E-Billing systems and escalate issues.
• Compile accurate and specific reports, communicating information to relevant teams.
• Follow-up and provide support to relevant teams such as Client Support Specialists, Billing, and Collections teams.

Required Criteria

• Experience within a Finance function
• Ability to demonstrating finance skills applicable to the role.
• Experience with accruals and / or budgets and managing data.
• Strong excel skills and experience in compiling reports.
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen attention to details and effective organizational skills

Desired Criteria

• Understanding of E-Billing Systems
• SAP and / or Billing experience
• Proven experience of working to high standard in fast-paced role.
• Experience in professional services environment
• Relevant degree or professional qualification
