The Company & role

Our client is a well established SME who has a fantastic reputation that has been built upon delivering excellent customer service and quality of work. As part of a small team you will be tasked with growing the client base throughout NI. This role would be ideal for someone who has strong sales & business development experience and would like to work in an autonomous role. The company offers a wide range of IT services including IT support, cloud backup and Office 365.

• Contact prospective clients either by phone or email
• Arrange to visit the person at their office or via MS Teams/Zoom
• Provide demonstration and explanation of company services
• Complete customer sign up process (including payment plan)
• Provide weekly activity feedback as required via email

The Person:

• 2+ years sales / business development experience
• Passionate & driven to win new business
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong IT skills
• Access to car and valid driving licence
