The Company & role
Our client is a well established SME who has a fantastic reputation that has been built upon delivering excellent customer service and quality of work. As part of a small team you will be tasked with growing the client base throughout NI. This role would be ideal for someone who has strong sales & business development experience and would like to work in an autonomous role. The company offers a wide range of IT services including IT support, cloud backup and Office 365.
- Contact prospective clients either by phone or email
- Arrange to visit the person at their office or via MS Teams/Zoom
- Provide demonstration and explanation of company services
- Complete customer sign up process (including payment plan)
- Provide weekly activity feedback as required via email
The Person:
- 2+ years sales / business development experience
- Passionate & driven to win new business
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong IT skills
- Access to car and valid driving licence
