Our client’s Healthcare team works with a range of professionals and organisations, including doctors, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, opticians, private clinics, medical defence organisations, medical malpractice insurers, and residential & domiciliary care homes. Their team is highly respected within both the legal and medical professions.

The Role

As part of the Healthcare team, you’ll be responsible for advising on the resolution of clinical negligence claims, managing complaints and serious incident investigations, and protecting reputations. You’ll use your legal expertise to guide clients through the litigation process, minimising the impact of pre and post-litigation matters and ensuring a positive outcome for all involved.

The Person

Our client is looking for a skilled Litigation Solicitor with a passion for delivering results. Ideally you will offer experience of handling a range of claims, to include medical negligence. Applications are welcome from both Plaintiff and Defence practitioners.

You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other legal professionals.
