Permanent Role (Monday – Friday)
Role
This role is mainly responsible for the support of the conveyancing team:
- The management of documentation – scanning and printing of documentation, e-filing and updating of files
- General administration
- Adhering to all electronic and manual filing systems
- Contacting of counsel, solicitors and other parties on behalf of clients
- Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
- Researching and summarising legal information
- Issuing correspondence
- Preparation of legal documents for issue to court office
The Ideal Person
– At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
