A newly created role within a growing law firm in Belfast. The firm has created a ‘family feel’ over their history and have a commitment to looking after staff. The role offers a very competitive salary.

Permanent Role (Monday – Friday)

Role

This role is mainly responsible for the support of the conveyancing team:

  • The management of documentation – scanning and printing of documentation, e-filing and updating of files
  • General administration
  • Adhering to all electronic and manual filing systems
  • Contacting of counsel, solicitors and other parties on behalf of clients
  • Dealing with telephone calls and assisting clients
  • Researching and summarising legal information
  • Issuing correspondence
  • Preparation of legal documents for issue to court office

The Ideal Person

 

 – At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role
