You will be overseeing a small finance function and office staff with circa 9 people reporting to you for this growing SME who operate in the manufacturing industry. Holding a strong grasp in a niche manufacturing market this company is currently operating at £2.5mil annual turnover, and as Financial Controller you’ll be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the finance fuction to help boost efficiency and profits where possible.

The company is a small and close knit team where lots of communication happens between departments, so it’s a perfect opportunity for someone who is keen to work in a very personable and fun environment.  

Incentives:

• £55k – £65k salary
• Bonus scheme

• 5% Pension
• 24 days leave + 8 stats

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing a small team
• Management accounts
• Cashflow reports
• Monthly & Quarterly closes
• Reconciliations 

Who We Are Looking For:

• Chartered accountant (4+ years PQE)
• Experience managing a team
