Responsibilities:

• Placement of commercial risks within the market
• Provide expert and prompt advice to clients regarding their insurance needs
• Liaise with insurer partners as necessary
• Maintain the highest level of customer service through efficient servicing of client accounts
• Ensure timely completion of client cases with accuracy and attention to detail
• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous account handling experience in the commercial and/or Personal Lines sector
• Proven experience dealing with a large client base and managing risks of various sizes and complexity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
• Results-oriented mindset, dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for clients
• Strong risk management abilities and a commitment to maintaining client information security
