The Role:

As the Personal Lines Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of the company. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing their sales and support teams, maximizing revenue and productivity performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced management team and contribute to the expansion of our business.

 

Who They’re Looking For:

Experienced Leader: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an insurance broking environment with at least 12 months in a senior role.

Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of insurance products with experience in new business, renewal, and mid-term adjustment calls for car, home, and van insurance.

Customer-Centric: Excellent client-facing and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Team Player: Ability to lead, coach, and develop a winning team in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
