Job Title: Solicitor – Defence Insurance Team

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland

Experience Level: 1-3 Years PQE

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload within the Defence Insurance Team, covering areas such as personal injury, professional liability, and property damage claims.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to formulate effective defense strategies.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and team members to provide comprehensive legal support.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on insurance defense.
• Strong understanding of insurance law and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the high standards of the firm.
