Job Title: Conveyancing Secretary

Location: Glengormley

Hours: 3.5 – 4 days per week

We are currently seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary to join our clients team in Glengormley. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing department with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our conveyancing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting conveyancing solicitors with administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
  • Managing and organizing files, documents, and records related to property transactions.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate the conveyancing process.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries related to conveyancing matters.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role within a conveyancing department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.

Location: Office is conveniently located in Glengormley, providing easy access for both employees and clients.

Hours: This position offers flexible working hours, with the option to work 3.5 – 4 days per week.
