About the Role:

As a Personal Lines Advisor, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the department, responding to their needs, and promoting services to encourage repeat sales. You will play a key role in contributing to the revenue and profit of the department through your excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in a warm and professional manner, effectively qualifying their needs.
• Respond to all customer telephone and web enquiries, identifying potential sales opportunities.
• Gather all necessary information from customers and undertake research to make suitable recommendations.
• Provide written quotations to customers and complete all supporting documentation accurately and compliantly.
• Establish customer account status and obtain payment, adhering to Company procedures and FCA regulations.
• Handle customer problems, complaints, and difficult situations professionally, aiming for mutual satisfaction.
• Maximise potential up-sales during customer interactions.
• Support departmental Key Performance Indicators and sales targets as directed.
