About the Role: Personal Lines Advisor

As a Personal Lines Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the client lifecycle, handling everything from quotations to renewals. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts with precision, focusing on renewals, existing business, and new business development
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA guidelines
• Efficiently handle the workload in a fast-paced environment

About You:

They are looking for individuals with the right mindset, dedication to exceptional customer service, and a proven track record of meeting commercial targets. While experience and insurance qualifications (CII or above) are advantageous, they value the right attitude and aptitude.

Requirements:

• At least two years’ experience in insurance (or relevant customer service experience)
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade ‘C’ or above
• Fully computer literate
