Human Resources Manager – Ref 118056

Qualifications: Level 5 Human Resource Leadership and Management, BSc. (Honours) Sociology 

System Experience: Microsoft Office package including Excel/Word, PowerPoint, CORE HR, BI reporter, AMRIS, VISIO, LinkedIn Recruiter, Moodle, BXP, Personio, GETGOT, Pams, TMS

  • Relationship management with recruitment partnerships
  • Management of HR disciplinaries, investigations and HR Operations
  • Management of in-house recruitment procedures and processes
  • Organisation of job fairs/exhibitions
  • ISO compliance – 27001, 14 ,45 & 9001

3rd Line Support Engineer – Ref 114943

Experience

  • 3+ years experience within infrastructure and currently a 3rd Line Support Engineer. Has worked with big names such as Zenith, Fujitsu and Citigroup.
  • Essential infrastructure systems experience includes VMWare, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Azure, SQL, Python, and Windows Servers up to 2022
  • Looking for 3rd Line support roles that will offer progression, development and challenge.

Based: Belfast/Hybrid
Salary: £40k+

Part Qualified Accountant – Ref 117606

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance and currently studying final stages of ACCA qualification.

  • Wide-ranging experience in month-end procedures, preparing & posting journals, monthly reconciliations, payment processing and assisting with bespoke reporting to management.
  • Strong background in large-scale operational finance in Accounts Receivable. Proficiency in Excel and SAP, with exposure to Power BI and Sage.
  • Available from July 2023 to commence permanent or temporary/contract assignments.

Based: Co Armagh/Hybrid
Salary expectations: £30k + study support

Office Assistant – Ref 43268

Qualifications: GNVQ Business Studies

Experience

  • 6 Year’s Administrative experience in global law firm
  • Diary Management, meeting room management
  • Office Audit-Safety and Security
  • Maintenance of incoming and outbound calls/emails directing to correct contacts
  • Management of Office supplies

Based: Belfast/Hybrid
Salary Guide: £24k+


Transport and Operations Manager – Ref 117697

Qualifications: International Transport Management CPC, Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport

Experience

  • Management, running, compliance and maintenance of 10 HGV Vehicles, 2 Trailers, 3 LGV Vehicles and 13 staff.
  • Direct people management.
  • Risk and compliance management, ensuring policy and legislation being followed by drivers.
  • Organisation shipping of incoming and outgoing vehicle movements

Based: Co Down/Great Belfast
Salary Guide: £37k+
