Senior Digital Marketing Assistant

Join this leading global law firm as a Senior Digital Marketing Assistant within their Digital & Marketing Technology Team. At the forefront of their industry, their digital channels include public and client websites, email marketing, mobile apps, content libraries, social media, podcasts, and blogs.

This role would be ideal for an ambitious individual who is eager to develop and advance their skills with an expanding and successful team. You would work with a team who are responsible for the technologies that support core BD and marketing processes.

Role purpose:

• Supporting the delivery of projects and business activities for the marketing technology systems and digital channels
• Act as primary workflow point of contact – triage and manage incoming instructions to the team, allocating appropriate resource to effectively deliver work

Responsibilities:

• Making content and taxonomy alterations to web pages using the Sitecore platform
• Selecting, uploading, and editing images for all digital platforms and campaigns
• Act as an advisor on Sitecore and help troubleshoot any problems users have with the system.
• Running analytics reports across all digital platforms and analysing performance, sharing insights and actionable points with stakeholders for future campaigns.
• Support with the formation or alteration of email marketing templates in Vuture.
• Support users with queries on CRM system, including troubleshooting, reporting and providing advice
• Be the main point of contact for workflow:  triaging and handling incoming instructions to the team
• Acting as a support desk and answering to general queries from internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Understanding of web content management systems (ideally Sitecore and SharePoint)
• Experience working with data and an understanding of how marketing information systems and processes work
• Experience of using any email marketing system
• Experience of web analytics packages (preferably Google Analytics or SiteImprove)
• Experience of using a workflow system
