The Job

• Investigates, analyses, reviews and documents business functions, processes and information flows.
• Understand the business process and challenges to support the business functions in best practice lean business operation 

If you have the follow or close to it:

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies or related subject(s) or
• equivalent work experience.
• Typically 5+ yrs experience with 2-3 yrs experience in business / systems analysis or process
• engineering.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrates a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Good understanding of benefit analysis and realisation, risk management and software
• testing.
• Good stakeholder management, communication, time management and organisational
• skills.

Desirable:

• Certificate / Diploma in Business Analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, project management or service delivery.
• An understanding of iSeries and Windows client / server architectures.
• ERP / CRM / SCM / HRM / MES / LIMS application experience.
